The Natural Breath™ Reset Course is an eight-week programme that helps you recover your natural breathing pattern- the effortless, quiet, responsive breath you were born with. Drawing on modern neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, breath science, and the classical teachings of Kaivalyadhama Yogic Pranayama, the Course offers a gentle, step-by-step approach.
