Belly Breathing

As humans, we are naturally designed to be belly breathers. When we breathe optimally, we engage the diaphragm — a large, dome-shaped muscle located just beneath the lungs. As the diaphragm moves downward with each inhale, it creates space for the lungs to expand, which gently pushes the belly outward. This type of breathing supports calmness, clarity, and efficient oxygen exchange. It’s the body’s natural way of breathing when it feels safe and at ease.

Balanced  Breathing

Our body and mind feel their best when in balance — but in everyday life, we often drift far from it. We move between stress and stillness, doing and overthinking, energy and exhaustion.
