A Discovery Session is an invitation to slow down and explore how your breath can support you in this moment.

Rather than following a fixed format, this session is a guided experience where you can sense, feel, and notice the effects of breathing, movement, or stillness, gently and at your own pace. Together, we explore what helps you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.

This session is ideal if you’re curious about breathwork, yoga, or meditation and want to experience how these practices work in your own body before committing to a longer journey.

Personal Breath Reset Session

A guided 1:1 session designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your breath. Together, we explore how stress may be showing up in your breathing, body, and mind- and introduce simple breath-based tools that support more calm, clarity, and balance in daily life.
