About the Course

The Natural Breath™ Reset is an eight-week online programme that helps you recover your natural breathing pattern- the effortless, quiet, responsive breath you were born with.

Drawing on the classical teachings of Kaivalyadhama Yogic Pranayama, modern neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and breath science, you’ll gradually release unnecessary tension, restore healthy breathing mechanics and develop a lifelong relationship with your breath.

Rather than teaching you to breathe “better,” this programme helps you remove what prevents your body from breathing naturally. Because when your breath changes, everything connected to it begins to change.

Natural Breath Program

The Natural Breath™ Method brings together the wisdom of classical Yogic Pranayama from the Kaivalyadhama tradition with modern science, including nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity and breath research. Rather than teaching you another breathing technique, we’ll explore what may be getting in the way of your natural breath- and gently remove those obstacles.

 

Week 1: Meet Your Breath

Discover how you breathe today and begin releasing the tension that has been shaping your breath for years. As your diaphragm starts moving more freely, breathing becomes easier, calmer, and more natural.

Week 2: Create Space for Healing

Why Natural Breathing Matters

Across classical yoga, somatic therapy and modern respiratory science, there is remarkable agreement: Healthy breathing is not created. It is recovered.

Research shows that breathing influences the autonomic nervous system, emotional regulation, heart rate variability, attention, resilience and sleep. Slow, efficient breathing is associated with greater parasympathetic activity, reduced stress and improved psychological wellbeing. Meta-analyses suggest that structured breathing practices can meaningfully reduce stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, while improving emotional regulation and resilience.  

Yet the goal isn’t to breathe more. It’s to breathe with less effort. As Donna Farhi beautifully says: “The goal is not to breathe deeply; the goal is to breathe freely.”

Kasia Bishoen

Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation Teacher

Kasia Bishoen is a Yoga Teacher, Pranayama Teacher, Meditation Practitioner, ICF-Certified Professional Coach, and Mindfulness (MBSR) Teacher. Rooted in the classical Kaivalyadhama tradition of Pranayama, she weaves together yoga, mindfulness, coaching, Ayurveda, and therapeutic practices to support people in regulating their nervous system, building resilience, and reconnecting with themselves. 

Her teaching blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern science to create practical, compassionate, and sustainable pathways to health and wellbeing, and live with the greatest awareness and purpose.

Shiva Bishoen

Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation Teacher

Shiva Bishoen is a Yoga Teacher, Pranayama Teacher, and Meditation Practitioner rooted in the classical Kaivalyadhama tradition of Pranayama. 

Through the integration of breath, movement, and meditation, he helps people cultivate inner stability, mental clarity, and resilience. 

With a lifelong background in martial arts, athletics, and meditation, his teaching combines ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary knowledge of the nervous system, offering practical tools for sustainable health, wellbeing, and conscious living.
