Empowering People to Transform through the Power of the Breath

At Natural Breath our mission is to enhance global well-being through the transformative power of conscious breathing. By guiding individuals to connect deeply with their breath, we aim to cultivate inner balance, peace and heightened awareness, fostering a world in which we are kind to each other.

Recent studies support the benefits of controlled breathing techniques. For instance, research indicates that deep breathing can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while enhancing overall mental health.  Additionally, practices like the 4-7-8 breathing technique have been shown to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

By learning to slow down and deepen our breath, we calm the mind, cultivate clarity, and live more consciously. Health, after all, is a natural byproduct of breath control—nourishing both body and mind. As individuals become more at ease and mindful, the world around us naturally becomes more peaceful. Breath by breath, we can make a difference—both within and beyond ourselves.

About Shiva

Our founder, Shiva, completed an intensive three-year Pranayama training at Kaivalyadham, an institute renowned for integrating scientific research with ancient yogic wisdom. This profound journey deepened his understanding of the breath as a bridge connecting the body, heart, and mind. The Sanskrit verse, “Chale vate chalam chittam, Nischale nischalam bhavet,” encapsulates this connection: “When the breath moves, the mind moves. When the breath is still, the mind becomes still.”
